“A Long Drive” is a simple, uplifting song with a positive message. The sing-along chorus, big harmonies and rhythmic phrasing drive the song forward. The song was written in 30 minutes, after a conversation with a stranger, who turned into my co-writer. Sometimes life gets too hectic, too demanding, and I just want to drive off into the sunset with someone I love singing a happy song. Most of what we worry about doesn't matter in the end. Seeing new places, mountains, sunsets and starry nights always reminds me of that.
